I enjoy being a Canter, and also the fact that you only see Brian doing the Burninator thing ONCE. There are a lot more things he can do with this ability, that we haven't seen yet and will get cooler with time.
But if I had a choice of an ability, or "power", it would be Communication. Having grown up watching the Animated X-Men and other superhero storylines, I've thought long and hard about what the ultimate ability would be.
Communication. You can communicate with everything. You speak every language, or rather, can understand everyone and they you.
This not only extends to animals, etc., but to EVERYTHING. Communicate with the earth to make a tree grow, or to quake.
Convince that shopkeep or bank teller that yes, this liqour is yours now and free of charge, or that yes, the money in the vault is actually yours.
Talk your enemy into killing themselves. Or joining you.
You can COMMUNICATE with everything. Including your own Body.
Heal quickly. Want muscles? Speak to the genetic/molecular structure of You. Muscles galore. No more addiction. Evolve past the need for breathing. Or rest.
Find the latent patterns that allow Abilities and/or superpowers. Ok, now you can be a Canter/Glyph/Push, anything and everything.
That, and your girlfriend won't ever say "I DON'T UNDERSTAND YOU!".
More importantly, you can FINALLY understand women. A superability all by its lonesome.

I think I already have all the super-powers I need. The only other thing I can think of would be the ability to change the shape and color of my tongue, so that whenever I stick it out at people it would REALLY freak 'em out!
Hey! It's my super-power wish...back off! Simple, yes...but fun? Hell yeah!!
