Holy Cow...That was Very Cool. I didn't know that you had done so much work on it. It's looking fantastic. I can't wait to see the whole thing. I've been telling everyone I know here in Mannheim and Heidleburg all about it, so you'll be getting more viewings. I'm so proud of you Ross...I wish I was there and on the credits with you...lol
Kudos to the Cast and Crew. and Cheers from Germany.

You know, these emoticons just dont demonstrate how I feel about the preview. I guess it would be somewhere between and , you know. Hyper-ecxited. That's what we need, an emoticon that is hyper-excited. Or even a cross between and . Although, that may just end up looking horny or desperate. Not quite what I'm going for. I really like the big eyes, but maybe with some goofy eyebrows to match, and a grin that is ridiculously toothy. That's how I'm feeling about the preview. Dan and Ross, you've done an incredible job.

Watching the preview it seems that the cast was having a good time filming, the relationships even without words are very clearly portrayed. I think to find that connection and believe you can influence an audience takes a lot of time and talent for everyone involved. I look forward to viewing more and believe in your success.
P.S
I'm telling my friends to watch this "cody" is really hot.

Everyone I know has told me they keep watching it over and over again, waiting not-so-patiently for the full episodes to air. It's good to know that word is getting out and we will have some good support.
Yay!!

Thanks for inviting comments on what I think. Ill be honest here, only hoping to give you real constructive feedback so you can improve. Ill spare you the Politically Correct response of "great job" and such… Film makers never want to hear that, but only what they can improve upon.
ep1p1
Thumbs Up
- Nice use of split screen
- Nice opening
- Good transitions
Thumbs Down
- Camera scenes bob up and down where it appears to be handheld.(kitchen scene/Office Scene)
- Lighing is flat, faces are dark where background is lighter...(kitchen/shopping cener scene)
- Sound is not adjusted for background sounds and sounds very un-natural (kitchen scene/office scene)
ep1p2
Thumbs Up
- Nice VFX
- Good use of music for suspence
Thumbs Down
- Camrea bobs up and down (Street scene)
- Lightng issues - Dark Faces bright background (Bench/House Scene)
- Sound - Not ajusted for background sounds.
ep1p3
Thumbs Up
- Good use of music at plot notes and points.
- Good use of closeups
- Nice use of VFX
- Nice end credits.
Thumbs Down
- Street Scene(chase), something white or bright is covering half the screen or moving into the scene???
- Lightng issues - Dark Faces bright background (Bench/House Scene)
- Sound - Not ajusted for background sounds and unballanced
Overall Impressions
Thin plot line, woody acting, and ameture lighting and camera work. Though for a zero-budget using gear at hand, it is much better than most Portland zero budget films.
Invest in a quality light kit, a steadycam and spend more time with your folly and sound mixing. A snappier plot, scenes that move right to the point and better locations will drastically improve your series.
Crew and cast abilities are sure to increase as the project unfolds.
Best of luck!
